Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Homework Organizer and its account, planning, communication, support, and cloud features.
1. Using the Service
You may use Homework Organizer to organize assignments, deadlines, study information, profile information, and other content you choose to save. You are responsible for the information you submit and for using the service in a lawful and respectful way.
2. Accounts and Display Names
Some features use a device-based profile and a display name. Display names must follow the service rules, may be required to be unique, and may be subject to a rename waiting period. Do not impersonate another person or use a name intended to harass, threaten, or mislead others.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, interfere with other users, submit harmful code, spam communication features, harass others, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Homework Organizer permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and maintain the service. You should not submit information that you do not have the right to use.
5. Moderation and Access
Access may be limited or removed when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, maintain security, or keep the service operating reliably. Support messages may be reviewed to respond to requests and resolve service issues.
6. Availability and Changes
Homework Organizer may change, pause, update, or discontinue features. We try to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. You should keep your own copy of information that is especially important to you.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Homework Organizer is not responsible for losses caused by outages, data loss, third-party services, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, or decisions made using information stored in the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
